We are proud to be the only charity in the Isle of Man that is dedicated to raising funds for the Isle of Man’s Hospice at Home service, delivered via the Hospice at Home Clinical Nurse Specialist team in conjunction with Hospice Isle of Man. Hospice at Home is the only out of hours service available 24/7 and 365 days per year and is free of charge to the end user. Funds are also derived from other sources to ensure that the service is available when the patient needs it.
